Having founded Target fit ltd in 2005 I have been a freelance personal trainer ever since. Sport was in my blood from a young age which led to me being a national level tennis player and semi professional footballer. However work wise I have only ever known the leisure industry having worked in the gym environment all my life, through college and university to eventually becoming a personal trainer in Central London and Essex.
Along my journey as a personal trainer I have been a fitness model, having appeared on television and presented on fitness DVDs whist on the books of W athletic, Europe’s largest sports model agency. I am also a senior assessor and mentor for Origym, one of the fastest growing training courses for new PT’s in the UK.
However it is my work developing comfortable training facilities for clients, establishing superior personal training teams, and above all my work training individual clients that still gives me my greatest drive. I have a passion for working with people and seeing them get the results that their hard work deserves.
I pride myself on my enthusiasm and ability to help you achieve your goals through sessions that are fun yet effective. I am a fully qualified level 3 qualified personal trainer with extensive experience of working with clients both individually and in small groups.
My background in sport is in netball and athletics, which I have competed at a high level. My commitment to fitness, strength and conditioning which has helped me in my sporting life I now share with my clients to help them be the best they can be.

A qualified Level 3 personal trainer, Alex’s passion for fitness began 15 years ago when he joined his local gym as a teenager. His training began with bodybuilding and he quickly became interested in power lifting which eventually led to Olympic weightlifting, a sport he still enjoys practising and follows avidly.
Following a series of office jobs, Alex had the idea to turn his hobby into a career and sat his exams at Premier International. Working in a number of private and corporate gyms with clients ranging from their teens to their 70s over the past several years has given Alex an understanding that every client’s needs are unique and that feeling comfortable and confident in a gym is one of the main draws of working with a personal trainer.
I am a young entrepreneur and Fitness & Nutrition coach. I am extremely passionate in helping people to transform their lives, helping them to become healthier and lead a happier lifestyle. For this reason I am constantly evolving my own understanding of the Heath and fitness industry through educating myself and studying for various qualifications. I have been researching health and fitness for the past 4 years, taking a particular interest in helping clients build a healthier, more enjoyable and sustainable nutritional lifestyle. My aim is to always get the best out of an individual, constantly striving to strengthen their weaknesses and build their confidence. My focus is not on short term diet and exercise goals, my focus is on a long term lifestyle change.
I have been running my own Personal training and Sports massage company for the past 2 years. I specialise in body conditioning; involving nutrition, training and lifestyle coaching. I have an extensive client base from business professionals to general individuals all looking to improve their day to day lives. I am always inspired by new and motivated people who are determined to strive for nothing but the very best. The health and fitness industry is continuously evolving and as such so am I and it is for this reason that I keep myself well educated and up to date on the latest research to ensure my clients get expert advice and value for money.
I have been in the health & fitness industry for my entire career which is over 15 years experience, where I have worked my way from a Gym Instructor to becoming a Club Manager. Working as a Personal Trainer and a Stroke Rehabilitation Instructor I am now doing what I love, training people so that they achieve their goals through training and nutritional advice. I have trained a variety of people of levels ranging from amateur athletes through to older clientele with medical conditions, therefore building upon my knowledge and experience.
My background is very sporty and this has always been an interest. My sporting ground is athletics, I have represented the Essex cross-country and was ranked 7th in the country at 3000 metres.
In 2015 I completed my 1st marathon in Edinburgh with a time of 3hours 18mins.

Adnan has been fortunate and privileged enough to practice under the stewardship of some of the world’s greatest lecturers, coaches and fitness professionals. After achieving a first class BSc honours degree in Sports and Exercise Science, he further enhanced his knowledge within the field by acquiring a distinction in MSc strength and conditioning programme.
Within the masters programme he obtained a scholarship to shadow Coach Joe Philbin and his coaching staff of the Miami dolphins in America, providing him with an insight into the world of elite athletes. Adnan has also worked under the guidance of Coach Clarence Clarendon, who is the UK athletics sprint coach for athletes such as Dwain chambers, Jessica Ennis-Hill and Mo Farah.
Knowledge is irrelevant without application. Being a lecturer allows one to stay at the forefront of the ever-changing health and fitness industry and allows me to apply and transcend the knowledge and experience I have gained onto my clients. I hope to inspire my clients with the same passion that I hold for living a fit, healthy and active lifestyle.

Sport and training has been part of Jerome’s life for as long as he can remember. He was just 16 when a friend of his uncle took him to a gym and he has never looked back since. He ‘has currently taken up a MMA in Maths and economics, training out of the UTC camp in Birmingham. Over the years he has gathered knowledge and experience that he now wishes to pass onto others, helping them reach the version of themselves they know they can be.
Having spent time as a model for Hollister Jerome has gathered experience of truly developing the physique but his holistic approach to health and well being means he Is able to cover all aspects of your fitness requirements.
